Cunda Aşi̇yan Buti̇k Otel

It needs some renovation but it is a clean boutique hotel. Prices are considered a little high. A cup of tea (small) was 50 lira. (September 2023) Interest is nice. Breakfast is super, filling. The garden is nice. You cannot swim in front of it, so anyone can enter the pier, but the sea is full of algae like slime. The view is very beautiful. There are oleaster trees in the garden. When I turn on the toilet light, the automatic fan starts and is very noisy. I think it's a sound problem and you can't turn it off.

We had a three-day family holiday at Aşiyan Boutique Hotel. It is very easy to reach, it is one of the first facilities on the right when passing from Ayvalık to Cunda, it is impossible not to miss it. There is no need to struggle with navigation. Free parking is available, the welcome is very friendly. Mr. Osman, the owner of the facility, helps his guests in every way. The rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning, mini fridge and TV. It works smoothly. The bathroom and toilet are spotlessly clean. Every part of the hotel is already very clean and smells of soap. Sufficient number of shampoos etc. in the bathroom. there is. The hair dryer is new and active. The hotel's wifi signal is clear in the rooms and on the seashore. The seaside facility has a beautiful, well-kept, peaceful garden. The breakfast served by the sea under the shade of olive trees is very successful with its variety and presentation. Additional tea and bread requests are met free of charge. It has a beautiful pier. You can have your dinner here by paying extra. Not many people go swimming in this area. This may be due to the shallowness of the sea. There is a clean municipal beach very close to the facility (one or two minutes by car). There are also many alternative beaches in Cunda. We were very pleased with the hotel. I recommend it to everyone. The employees are always positive. You can spend quiet times away from the noise and chaos of the alcoholic venues in the center of Cunda (but only five minutes away from Cunda center by car, taxi or minibus). If you have never been to Cunda before, never choose a hotel or hostel without seeing the facility. There are places on such hills and in such remote locations that you may have to do trekking, not holiday. You may need to leave your car somewhere far from where you are staying, as the streets are too narrow for vehicles to enter. Paying parking fees as well as hotel fees may upset you. Photos and bespoke reviews can be very misleading. Of course we will come here again.
